Shipping & Order Policy

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Cutoff Time: We cannot accept address changes or cancellations after 7:00 PM IST due to our rapid order processing system.

  • Change Request Process:

    • Email: contact@thewinni.com

    • Subject Line: "Order Changes"

    • Include: Order number, full name, and purchase email

  • Important Notes:

    • No amendments possible after order placement

    • Address issues must be handled directly with the shipping service

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

    • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer-provided information are not eligible for reshipment or refund

    • Exception: If order returns to us after 30 days, we offer free shipping on reshipment along with your original order

Order Processing Timelines

  • Weekday Orders (Monday - Thursday): Processed within 1-2 business days

  • Weekend Orders (Friday - Sunday): Please allow up to 3 business days

Shipping Methods and Timelines

  • Pre-paid Orders: 3-5 business days

  • COD Orders:

    • Processing time: 2 days for COD confirmation

    • Shipping time: 3-5 business days

Tracking Your Order

  1. Access your tracking number through the blue "View My Order" button in your confirmation email

  2. Initial tracking status may show as "Status Unavailable" or "Pre-Shipment" - this is normal

  3. Tracking updates daily as package moves between locations

  4. International orders: Delivery date generated after customs clearance

  5. For location queries after customs clearance, please contact your local courier directly
